- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
- 2 celery ribs, halved widthwise
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas
- BISCUITS:
- 1-1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons shortening
- 1/2 cup milk
