  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1-2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 cup chickpeas (drained and rinsed if using canned)
