  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 Tb. + 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 Tb. Brandy
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt
