INGREDIENTS

• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 1 1/2 cup Icing sugar
• 2 teaspoons Maple extract
• enough Milk to make a thin icing- add a couple of teaspoons at a time to avoid over-thinning
• 4 Eggs
• 1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons Butter
• 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
• 1/2 cup Cold water
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 1/4 cup flour
