  • For the Grilled Rack of Lamb:
  • 5 lbs. rack of lamb, cut between the bone into chops
  • 3 Tb. McCormick Moroccan Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper
  • For the Mint Pesto:
  • 2 bunches fresh mint, bottom half of stems removed
  • 3 Tb. tahini sesame paste
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1 juicy lemon)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 Tb. McCormick Roasted Ground Cumin
  • 3 Tb. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
