  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup green onions, diced
  • 1 egg white
  • 1½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup feta
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Egg Wash:
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon water
