Homemade Oatmeal Cream Pies

INGREDIENTS

• For the Oatmeal Cookies:
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup melted butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• ½ tsp. cinnamon
• 1 ½ tsp. cocoa powder
• ½ tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. baking powder
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 1 cup rolled oats
• For the Cream Filling:
• 1 cup vegetable shortening
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1- 7.5 oz. jar of marshmallow fluff
