Sugar Cookie Icing and Cut Out Cookie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• For the Cut Out Cookies:
• 3 sticks softened butter (1 ½ cups)
• 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
• 2 eggs + 1 extra yolk
• 1 vanilla bean, opened and seeds scraped out
• 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• For the Sugar Cookie Icing:
• 2/3 cup half-n-half
• 1 tsp. extract of choice
• 4 cups powdered sugar
