  • 1/8 cup Rum
  • 1 cup all purpose flour - sifted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup fine sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 stick of cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups + 2 tablepoons butter cut up in small pieces
  • 4 eggs - room temperature
  • 3/4 cups Cabernet Sauvignon wine
