INGREDIENTS

• 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup shortening, cut into cubes and well-chilled 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes and well-chilled 4 to 6 Tablespoons cold water
• 1/2 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted and cooled 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract 2 eggs, beaten
