• 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (you can use milk if needed)
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 4 tablespoons heavy cream
