- Salt and Pepper
- For the Curried Cauliflower:
- 2 Tb. butter
- 2 Tb. flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ½ cups chicken stock
- 2 heads cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 3 Tb. Madras Curry Powder
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup apricot preserve
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
